Our Platform
Your Voice: We vow that your opinions, ideas, and concerns will be heard for any initiative that will affect the university or student life. If elected, we will hold weekly office hours to meet with students regularly. In addition, we will seek to meet with administrators as often as possible. In doing this, we will get student input to push the administration to get student opinion when making any decision.
Tangible Change: If elected, we seek to improve various aspects of student life. This includes reforming the student dining system by instituting a hot grab-and-go option and possibly turning extra meals into flex points, as well as pushing administrators to make more money available for student groups. In addition, we plan to improve the student experience by opening up more classrooms as study spaces in DeBartolo Hall in light of the library construction, continuing to improve campus safety, and reforming the DARTing process.
The Center of Dialogue: We promise that student government will become the catalyst for fruitful and thoughtful debate about issues that concern our University and our country.
